Coach Michelle Maloney
Michelle Maloney has decades of experience in residential and commercial sales in southeast South Dakota. A lifelong resident, Michelle is known for her knowledge of the communities she covers, as well as her ability to help her clients find the right place based on their individual needs and wants. In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, Michelle is also highly skilled in relocation, short, mid, and long-term rentals, and luxury properties.
Michelle began her real estate career in 1990, eventually opening Maloney Real Estate and Property Management in November of 2013. In 2019 she expanded her reach by opening Maloney Real Estate Sioux Falls in her hometown. In 2025, Maloney Real Estate Yankton opened with a brand new building.
After years of being a member of Tom Ferry coaching, Michelle was selected and trained to be a coach. After 4 years of coaching for Tom, she decided to focus on helping all types of small businesses with their marketing and social media in addition to running her three real estate offices in Sioux Falls, Vermillion and Yankton, South Dakota.
